The work of the Lord at times may cost us very little; seemingly nothing at all. However, at other times, His work costs us, possibly, everything; even the things most precious to us. Be that as it may, the Spirit of God standeth sure, knowing when and just how much, is ENOUGH.

Remember the inquiry of Christ, how he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing.

Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.

And they said, Lord, behold, here are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough.

Luke 22:35-36, 38

Hearts are continually overwhelmed with grief and gladness. Grief that another soul of God has fallen on rest and yet full of gladness, because this soul of God has been called unto their reward. However, whether this rest is temporary as spoken of by Christ, And he cometh the third time, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: it is enough, the hour is come...

Mark 14:41

Notwithstanding, even if sleep is unto death, Christ alone is still enough to place our hope. Having this infallible proof when …he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep. Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well. Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep. Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead. And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe...

John 11:11-15

Therefore, be encouraged even when sleep is unto death in the Lord. Seeing that 1Thessalonians 4:13-18 states,  But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.

Revelation 14:12-13

We are living in very trying times of great complexities and maladies worldwide. However, we, that are of the Body of Christ, know that since the fall of Adam there has been a worldwide malaise called “sin.”

Cyclically, in response to heightened times of panic and fear; some turn to God.

Regrettably, when there is a sense of calm, many turn away believing the lie; that all is safe.

Therefore, those who turn away are moving in response to the lie with no regard for the truth. The truth that God is still requiring us to maintain a sense of urgency.

In Luke 21:36, Christ forewarns, Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household? The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.

Matthew 10:24-25

These things that I am writing are not new. Therefore, I am not here that you be disheartened. Yet rather, I am imploring you dearly beloved of Christ, with the complete love of God, to understand seedtime and harvest. The cultivation of God for the Body of Believers at this time. And not I alone, but as many as He has called, to care for the work of His harvest.

Apropos of Christ Jesus, we understand that The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest. Matthew 9:37-38

We live unto Christ and not unto ourselves; because He is our shepherd. As stated, I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

John 10:14-16

Therefore, since Christ is One shepherd returning for One fold; we are dispersed throughout the Earth for One purpose.

There are many souls that are searching for the Truth of who God is and why they are in need of salvation through the name of His Son, Jesus; moreover these souls are the harvest.

Yet, there are not enough labourers to spread the TRUTH of the gospel of Christ to those who are lost. Hence, the One fold will be won unto Christ, the Good Shepherd, by those that hearken unto the voice of God and have His compassion. Per the will of God, Christ was straightened that all things be accomplished.

A manifestation, dearly beloved, of His Love.

Christ dictates, A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

John 13:34-35

And yet again, John is given to write and reiterate why the Body of Believers are to understand the importance of Love. For it is written, Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.

1John 4: 7-8

Come what may, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Matthew 22: 37-40

You and I, we are loved by Christ; and as we pray, let us continue to seek Him. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:7

In Christ Jesus We Have More Than Enough

Christ has spoken; Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

John 14:1-3
