​How does one receive
THE HOLY SPIRIT?
​These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication
Acts 1:14

Accord:
One purpose, one mind
​
Supplication:
Entreaty; humble and earnest prayer in worship; submissive
​
And they prayed...

they were all with one accord in one place
Acts 2:1
​
As a result of obedience to JESUS, when he commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father (Acts 1:4) they were all filled with the Holy Ghost
Acts 2:4

Moreover,
ye shall be baptized (fully submerged) with the Holy Ghost not many days hence
Acts 2:5
​
Remember,
for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.
Matthew 12:34
Consequently, if one is fully submerged in THE HOLY GHOST; by way of being on one accord with HIM through prayer and supplication, then THE HOLY GHOST will speak out of the pray-er and supplicant's mouth; being that the pray-er is abundantly filled with THE HOLY GHOST.

How does one know if one has received THE HOLY SPIRIT?
And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, AND began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
Acts 2:4

Tongues:
Refers to THE SPIRIT OF GOD speaking in languages through a human. Furthermore, the human is being used as a host for THE HOLY SPIRIT and does not know, at least initially, the languages being spoken.

the Holy Ghost came on them; AND they spake with tongues

on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. For they heard them speak with tongues

Moreover, once one has received THE HOLY GHOST, remember, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh, Acts 2:17, and that one is obedient to the edict, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Jude 1:20, than that one will began to increasingly realize the manifestation of the prophecy, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.

In addition, as one continues in prayer and fasting; by THE SPIRIT ITSELF, (Romans 8:26) more spiritual gifts will be evident; for the benefit of THE BODY OF CHRIST, including: the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues.
